The series of album covers showcases skills in both photography, hand and digital rendering. The designer was able to take in the band’s aesthetic and content and produce an image-dominant, type-dominant, and image plus type piece. The album communicates the hardships and oddities of a young person's life and how they experience romantic relationships. Through use of grainy texture, bold colors, and still life photography the record illustrates the punk attitude expressed by lives of young lovers. Each image is a photograph conceived by the designer and shot independently. There was deep consideration for the product by completing the composition by hand.
